Deepening Agent Continuity experiment

Textile deepening principle: By using resin or silicone oil to make the textile surface unevenly so whenwe changing the direction of the reflected light it will have deepened effect.

The components of deepening agent are resin or silicone oil, due to different concentration and condition the carry out also differently. It’s necessary to take continuous experiment to get the perfectly usage of working fluid concentration from the beginning to working for a while. How much differences and when shall they need to refill the working fluid to keep the same concentration?

   a. Deeping agent ZSB    30g/L
   b. Softener RRJ            20g/L
   c. Disperse agent 570-C    5g/L
3.  Material: PES
4.  Experimental conditions: Rolling pressure: 0.4MPa(set)
                          Pick up (50-60%)
    Bake Temp: 170°Ctime : 60S
    Computer colorimetric data: (light source D65)
    Un-deepened cloth sample as standard

The result shows the concentration of the working fluid must be adjusted before rolling the 8th piece of fabric otherwise the deepening effect will not keep consistently. However, we still need to work on the tests to find when the perfect timing during the production.
